The client, a global financial solutions provider firm, sought Benori’s support in financial modeling and market research to facilitate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raises. This engagement aims to generate actionable intelligence to aid investor communication and strategic decision-making. The scope of work included:

Approach:
The research was conducted following a structured methodology.
